- Expertise: an experienced, qualified clinician in a licensed clinic is part of what you're paying for, and it directly affects safety and results.
- Packages: many clinics price by course or bundle, which usually works out better value than single sessions.
Why is "full body" priced so differently between clinics?
Partly because "full body" isn't defined the same way everywhere — one clinic's package may include more areas than another's. Always check exactly which areas are covered, how many sessions are included, and whether maintenance is extra. A low headline price can become expensive if it covers fewer areas or sessions than you assumed.
Why the cheapest option can cost more in the long run Very low prices sometimes mean
older equipment, under-trained operators, or settings too weak to be effective — meaning more sessions, poorer results, or (worse) a higher risk of burns or pigmentation, especially on darker skin. Correcting a problem, or repeating a course that didn't work, costs more than doing it properly once. With laser, who treats you and on what device is part of the value.
How to judge value, not just price
Ask: Is the clinic DHA-licensed? What device is used, and is it suitable for my skin tone? Who performs the treatment? What exactly does the package include, and is maintenance extra? Is there an appointment and patch test first? Good answers to these matter more than the lowest number.
