How can PRP help with acne scars?

Does it help with marks too (PIH)?
Worth clarifying: PRP and the treatments it's combined with target textural scars. Flat dark marks left after acne (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) are a pigment issue, treated differently (sun protection, pigment-control, gentle peels). A good plan addresses both — but it's important to know they're separate problems, so the right treatment is used for each.
