What is a surgical facelift?

What to expect

After a detailed consultation, surgery is performed under anaesthesia as advised for your case. Incisions are placed discreetly around the ears and hairline; the deeper tissues are repositioned and excess skin removed. Dr. Fadaei performs the procedure in-house, with full pre- and post-operative guidance.

Recovery

Expect swelling and bruising that ease over the following weeks, with a rest period and limited activity as advised. Risks & considerations

Risks are discussed honestly and include bleeding, infection, scarring, temporary (and, rarely, longer-lasting) changes affecting facial nerves or sensation, and anaesthesia-related risk. A facelift softens signs of ageing at a point in time; it does not stop the ageing process. Being fully informed is part of the decision.
