Good surgery starts with good planning. At Endless Beauty Clinic, our senior Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon Dr. Babak Hatami uses detailed planning — including computer and, where appropriate, live simulation for procedures such as breast augmentation and rhinoplasty — to help you visualise and discuss the options before you decide. A simulation is a tool for communication and expectation-setting, not a promise of your result. Results vary from person to person.

Why does planning matter?

Planning is where your goals and what surgery can realistically achieve are brought together. A careful planning consultation helps you understand your options, weigh the trade-offs, ask questions, and make an informed decision without pressure — which is central to a good outcome and to feeling confident about your choice.

What a simulation can — and can't — do

A simulation can help you visualise possible directions and have a clearer conversation with your surgeon about what you're hoping for. What it can't do is predict or promise your exact result: healing, anatomy and many individual factors shape the outcome. We're deliberately honest about this — a simulation is an illustration to support discussion, not a preview of your actual result, and results vary.

Which procedures does it help with?

Planning and simulation are especially useful where shape and proportion are central — such as rhinoplasty and breast augmentation — and for mapping the sequence of a multi-stage plan, for example in post-weight-loss body contouring. Not every procedure needs simulation; your surgeon will advise.

A collaborative, careful approach

Where helpful, planning is coordinated across specialties to refine results and reduce risk. The goal throughout is a realistic, shared understanding of the plan before any decision is made — with safety, not speed, guiding whether and how procedures are combined.

What to expect at a planning consultation

Expect an unhurried discussion of your goals, an assessment, an honest explanation of realistic options and their risks, and — where useful — a simulation to aid the conversation.
